Please use the Australia Post calculator in the 'What's In My Cart' page to determine the delivery cost before checking out. Bon Savon delivers all orders through Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Parcel Post.

As our soaps are handmade to order, please allow 5-7 days to receive your order. If you have not received an order within 10 days, email us at: info@bonsavon.com.au. In relation to purchases made by direct bank transfer and cheque, soaps will be delivered upon receipt of payment.

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

International Orders

The Bon Savon website quotes delivery costs for international orders.  We cannot guarantee the date of delivery, however, it will be shipped within 4 days of the placement of your order.  Once the soaps are sent, any international orders that are held with customs in your country are not our responsibility.  When you place your order please ensure that the products you are ordering are in accordance with the customs rules and regulations of your country as we cannot be held responsible for any custom duties or taxes which may be imposed on you or the recipient you nominate.

Gifts

If your order is a gift, please let us know in the Comments field in the Delivery Information page so we can include a card with the gift and omit the receipt from the box. 

Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Bon Savon.  Once an order has been made, we are unable to accept cancellations.  However, if the soap has been damaged during delivery, we will gladly exchange the product.  Details are to be emailed to Bon Savon within 24 hours at info@bonsavon.com.au.  Please include the following information:

• Your order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
• Your name and address
• A description of the item you are returning
• If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name of the replacement item.
All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
